Sally is a Credentialed Diabetes Educator who is passionate about empowering people to take charge of their health and confidently self-manage their diabetes. With extensive experience supporting individuals with type 1, type 2, and gestational diabetes, she provides tailored education and ongoing guidance to help each person achieve optimal outcomes.
She works closely with adults of all ages commencing insulin, insulin pump therapy, and continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), ensuring they feel supported and capable at every step of their journey. Sally combines evidence-based diabetes management with practical, sustainable strategies that help clients effectively self-manage their condition.
She also supports people using weight loss medications, offering guidance on weight management and healthy living to improve both physical and emotional wellbeing.
Sally’s mission is to make living well with diabetes achievable, positive, and empowering for everyone she works with.
